Primodal is excited to announce its latest digital twin project in Michigan. The digital twin implemented in dDockDT pulls both SCADA and lab data from the plant in real time, analyses that data for quality, prepares the data for a real-time continuously running process model (SUMO) and executes a continuous array of data routines including data quality checks, process setpoints, operational benchmarking, and situational awareness functions. The user-configurable interface allows for the continuous improvement and expansion of the digital twin functionality and because dDockDT can manage multiple simulations simultaneously, optimised outputs are being achieved with task-specific data and mechanistic models.
